“My real estate background began in 1972, and includes experience in all aspects of land acquisition and development, home building, income property development, and residential brokerage operations. In 1994, I was hired to oversee residential development and sales in the luxury gated community of Castle Pines Village in Castle Rock, Colorado. In 2004, my partner, Steve Redmond and I, joined forces and built a residential brokerage company that generated over $900 million dollars in home sales in Castle Pines Village. From 1994 to 2018, I served as the managing broker of all residential brokerage operations. In 2018, we sold our real estate operation to LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, and as broker associates working for this preeminent luxury real estate brokerage company, we continue to offer full-service, on-site experience in coordinating each facet of the buying and selling process spanning all price ranges in both Castle Pines Village as well as metro Denver.
